1. What time does the check-in/check-out take place?
In the high season, check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out ends at 10:00. Outside the high season, i.e. in the low and medium seasons, the hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
2. Are there any additional charges for accommodation?
Upon check-in (at the reception), you must pay a local fee of PLN 2.80/person/day.
3. Is there any restaurant at the Resort?
There is no restaurant in our complex, but within a radius of several kilometres, guests of the resort can take advantage of the offer of well-known and respected restaurants that also provide food delivery services directly to the Villa. Each Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a private barbecue area. We invite you to the Resort Bar, where we offer delicious coffee, tea, fresh juices, lemonade, ice cream, light snacks, excellent wines from Polish wineries, regional beer and a wide selection of other soft and alcoholic beverages. The Resort Bar is open from 15 April to 30 September, on long weekends, Easter and Christmas, during New Year's holidays and during closed events.
4. How far away are grocery stores?
There are four grocery stores with a wide range of products and a bakery within a 3 km radius.
5. How far is the nearest ATM from the Resort?
The ATM is located in Gietrzwałd, i.e. 2 km from the Resort.
6. Can I bring my pets to the Resort?
The Resort allows accommodation with pets under the conditions set out in the Rules for keeping pets. We have special Premium Villas for guests with pets. Please contact the administration in advance to check if they are available on the date you have chosen.
7. Is the Villa equipped with a grill?
A grill is located on the terrace of each Villa. Additionally, we provide guests with briquettes/coal and kindling.
8. What is the heating source in the Villas?
Each Villa has a fireplace and electric heaters. Our villas are suitable for year-round living.
9. Is firewood for the fireplace paid extra?
The package includes a free supply of firewood for the entire duration of your stay.
10. What is the kitchen equipment in the Villas?
The Villas have a fully equipped kitchen, i.e. refrigerator, glass-ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, pans, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, accessories such as: bowls, garlic chopper, grater, peeler. Additionally, we provide guests with a sponge, rag, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher cubes (1 pc./ day).
11. Is there a bicycle rental service at the Resort?
Yes, there is. Guests can rent off-road bikes (women's, men's and children's). We also provide our youngest guests with bicycle seats (Hamax) and children's helmets.
12. What is the distance from the lake and the nearest beach?
Our complex is located about 150 m from Lake Giłwa. Near the resort there are two beaches for swimming.
13. Can I make a bonfire on the territory of the Resort?
Of course. The complex offers a designated place for a feast (bonfire, benches).
14. What are the rules for using the tennis court?
Guests of the Resort can rent a tennis court for 45 PLN/1 hour (outside guests – 60 PLN/1 hour). Rackets and balls are stored at the reception / issued to guests during the rental period of the court.

16. Is the jacuzzi on the terrace of Villa Deluxe open all year round?
Of course. Guests who rent Villa Deluxe can use the jacuzzi all year round, regardless of weather conditions. The water in the hot tub is heated (by the staff of the complex) to a temperature of 38 degrees; it can be adjusted depending on the individual needs/expectations of guests.
17. How often are towels and bed linen changed?
The frequency of towels and bed linen change depends on the length of stay of guests at the Resort. For a 2-week stay, towels and bed linen are changed once during the stay. A set of towels (bath and hand towels) and bed linen is intended for a stay of up to 7 days. Of course, it is possible to change towels at the request of guests, for 20 PLN/set of towels.
18. Are the Villas equipped with an automatic washing machine?
Laundry services are available in the common area. The cost of the service is 20 PLN.
19. How many cars can fit in the parking lot?
Near the rented Villa there is a parking space for only one car. For guests arriving to our complex with more than one vehicle, a dedicated parking space is located in one of two available parking lots: - near the Resort Bar, - near Villas No. 7 and 8.
20. Does the Resort offer vouchers?
We offer our guests two types of vouchers: for the amount and for the stay. We will be happy to help guests choose the appropriate package or create a custom programme in accordance with individual wishes.
